If a buyer opens a factory-sealed product or swaps an item and then claims it was not as described, our team investigates and protects the seller.

When a dispute or claim is filed against one of your orders, we notify you immediately with the details and what evidence is needed.
Submit tracking numbers, delivery confirmation, photos, and any relevant correspondence through the Wax Trader platform. We make it easy.
Our team reviews the evidence, represents you in the dispute process, and works to reach a fair resolution. Most cases are resolved within 5–10 business days.
