Return Policy Enforcement

Factory-sealed products opened by the buyer after delivery are not eligible for return. We enforce this policy to protect sellers.

What's Not Covered

Seller Protection does not apply in the following situations:

  • ×Legitimate claims where the item was damaged, wrong, or never shipped.
  • ×Orders shipped without tracking or delivery confirmation.
  • ×Items that do not match the listing description or condition.
  • ×Transactions completed outside of the Wax Trader platform.
  • ×Violations of Wax Trader seller policies or terms of service.
