• Maintain profiles, preferences, watchlists, and supported notifications.
• Refresh product data, measure feature performance, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
• Respond to support requests and communicate service or policy changes.
• Measure and attribute outbound affiliate activity.
• Comply with law and protect users, Wax Trader, and others.

3. How We Share Information

We may share information with hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics, security, logging, and affiliate-service providers that help operate the Platform; with professional advisers; when required by law; or in connection with a business transfer.

When you leave Wax Trader for eBay or another merchant, that service collects information under its own privacy policy. Wax Trader does not receive or store the payment credentials you provide to the third-party merchant.

4. Historical Marketplace Records

Wax Trader previously operated marketplace features. Historical orders, payments, payouts, shipping records, disputes, refunds, and messages may be retained in a restricted employee archive for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, and recordkeeping purposes. These records are not used to publish current product prices or availability.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and related technologies for sign-in, security, preferences, analytics, performance, and affiliate attribution. See our Cookie Policy for more information.

6. Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, and security requirements. Retention periods vary by data type.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can update profile and preference information in your account and unsubscribe through available email controls. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing.

8. Children, Changes, and Contact

The Platform is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this Policy and will post the revised version and effective date here.
