Every product on Wax Trader must be authentic and factory-sealed. Counterfeit items qualify for immediate refund.
Filing a claim is simple. Here is the process from start to finish.
Go to your Purchase History and reach out to the seller through the Wax Trader messaging system. Include your order details, a description of the problem, and photos if applicable.
If the seller is unresponsive or you cannot reach an agreement after three business days, escalate to our support team. We review all evidence and make a fair determination.
Approved claims are resolved with a full refund, partial refund, or replacement. You can count on hearing from us within 48 hours. Refunds process in 5–10 business days.
14-Day Claim Window
File a claim within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
