Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of the estimated delivery date for eligible items. Not all items qualify for return — see our "Non-Refundable Items" article for exceptions.

Important: Do Not Return Without Authorization

You must not return items without prior authorization from the seller. Unauthorized returns (items sent back without the seller agreeing to accept them) may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

Here is how the return process works:

  • Step 1: Contact the seller through the messaging system and explain the issue.
  • Step 2: The seller reviews your request and authorizes the return if eligible.
  • Step 3: If the return is due to seller error (wrong item, defective, etc.), the seller provides a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Step 4: Ship the item back in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging.
  • Step 5: Once the seller receives and inspects the return, your refund is processed.

Return Requirements

For a return to be accepted:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received.
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included.
  • Sealed products must remain unopened and factory-sealed.
  • Returns must be shipped promptly after authorization.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to seller error (item not as described, wrong item, damaged in transit, etc.), the seller is responsible for return shipping costs and should provide a prepaid, trackable return label. For other returns (e.g., buyer changed their mind, where accepted), the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
