Items and situations that are generally not eligible for refunds on Wax Trader.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind — You decided you no longer want the item after purchasing.
  • Items damaged by the buyer after receipt — Damage that occurred after delivery is the buyer's responsibility.
  • Opened or tampered sealed products — If a factory-sealed item has been opened, it cannot be returned (unless it arrived already opened).
  • Claims submitted after 30 days — Refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Buyer ordering error — If you ordered the wrong item or quantity by mistake, this is generally not eligible for a refund unless the seller agrees.
  • Unauthorized returns — Items sent back without seller approval.
  • Transactions outside the platform — Any purchases or agreements made outside of Wax Trader are not covered.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued instead of a full refund:

  • Only part of the order is damaged or incorrect.
  • The item has minor cosmetic issues not disclosed in the listing.
  • The product condition is slightly different but still acceptable.
