Changing Your Shipping Address
How to update your shipping address before or after an order is placed.
Before Placing an Order
You can add, edit, or remove shipping addresses from your account settings at any time. During checkout, you can select a saved address or enter a new one.
After Placing an Order (Before Shipping)
If your order has not shipped yet, contact the seller immediately through the messaging system and request an address change. The seller can update the shipping address before dispatching the package. The sooner you contact the seller, the better the chance of successfully changing the address.
After the Order Has Shipped
Once the order has shipped, address changes may be difficult or impossible. Your options:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to request a redirect or hold at a facility (some carriers offer this service for a fee).
- Contact the seller — they may be able to help coordinate with the carrier.
- If the package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, work with the seller to reship (additional shipping costs may apply).
Updating Your Default Address
To update the addresses saved to your account, go to your account settings and navigate to the "Addresses" section. You can add new addresses, edit existing ones, or set a default shipping address for future orders.
