Can I Cancel My Order?

You can request to cancel an order before it has shipped. Once the seller has shipped the item, the order cannot be cancelled — you would need to follow the return process instead.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order:

  • Go to your order history in your account.
  • Find the order you want to cancel.
  • Contact the seller through the messaging system and request cancellation.
  • If the seller confirms the cancellation, the order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded.
Note: Sellers are not obligated to accept cancellation requests, especially if they have already begun preparing the order for shipment. Please submit cancellation requests as soon as possible.

Can I Modify My Order?

Order modifications (changing quantity, swapping items, etc.) are not supported after checkout. If you need a different item, you would need to cancel the existing order (if it has not shipped) and place a new one.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

If your order has not shipped yet, contact the seller immediately to request an address change. Once shipped, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly, and address changes may not be possible or may incur additional fees.
