Order Statuses Explained

Here is what each order status means:

  • Pending — Your payment is being processed. This usually resolves within a few minutes.
  • Confirmed — Payment was successful. The seller has been notified and will begin preparing your order.
  • Shipped — The seller has shipped your item. A tracking number will be available in your order details and sent via email.
  • Delivered — The carrier has confirmed delivery. Check your delivery location for the package.
  • Cancelled — The order was cancelled before it shipped. If you were charged, a refund will be processed automatically.
  • Refunded — A refund has been issued for this order. Funds typically return to your payment method within 5–10 business days.

How Long Does Each Status Last?

Pending to Confirmed typically takes a few minutes. Confirmed to Shipped depends on the seller — fast shipping sellers ship within 1–2 business days, and standard sellers ship within 3–5 business days. Shipped to Delivered depends on the carrier and destination, typically 3–7 business days within the US.

What If My Order Is Stuck?

If your order status has not changed in an unusual amount of time, here is what to do:

  • Stuck on "Confirmed" for more than 5 business days — Contact the seller to ask about shipping.
  • Stuck on "Shipped" with no tracking updates — See our "Tracking Your Order" article.
  • Stuck on any other status — Contact our support team for assistance.
