How to find your tracking number and monitor your delivery status.

When Will I Receive Tracking?

Once the seller ships your order, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and carrier information. This typically happens within 1–2 business days for fast shipping sellers or 3–5 business days for standard sellers.

Where to Find Your Tracking Number

You can find your tracking information in two places:

  • The shipping confirmation email sent to your registered email address.
  • Your order history page — go to your account, click on "Orders," and select the specific order to view tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days (if available)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and your location. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

My Tracking Is Not Updating

Tracking information can sometimes take 24–48 hours to update after the seller drops off the package. If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, contact the seller through the messaging system. If the seller does not respond or the issue is not resolved, contact our support team.
