Free Shipping

All orders on Wax Trader include free shipping. There are no additional shipping costs added to your order — ever.

Processing Times

After your order is confirmed, sellers are expected to ship within:

• Fast Shipping Sellers: 1–2 business days.
• Standard Sellers: 3–5 business days.

Delivery Estimates

After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

• Domestic (US): 3–7 business days.
• International: 10–20 business days (if available, determined on a case-by-case basis by individual sellers).

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once the seller ships your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number and carrier. You can also find tracking information in your order history. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after the seller drops off the package.

Shipping Carriers

Sellers may use any standard carrier including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers. The carrier is determined by the seller.

International Shipping

Wax Trader primarily serves the United States. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis determined by individual sellers. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and providing accurate international addresses.
