Everything you need to know to start selling sealed trading card products on Wax Trader.
Selling on Wax Trader is open to US-based individuals and businesses. The onboarding process takes about 5–10 minutes. Once approved, you can start listing products immediately.
To become a seller on Wax Trader, you need:
Navigate to the "Sell" section from the main navigation or go to /selling. If you are not yet registered as a seller, you will be guided through the onboarding process.
You will be asked to verify your phone number. We will send a verification code via SMS. Enter the code to complete phone verification. This is a one-time step required for seller accounts.
Select whether you are selling as an Individual or a Business:
Provide the address you will be shipping orders from. This is used for tax calculations and to display your general location (city and state only) on your seller profile. Your full address is never shown to buyers.
Review and accept both the Seller Terms & Conditions and the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Both must be accepted to proceed.
To receive payouts for your sales, you will need to complete Stripe Connect onboarding. This can be done immediately after registration or later from your seller dashboard. See our "How to Onboard with Stripe" article for details. You can list products before completing Stripe onboarding, but you will not receive payouts until it is complete.
Once onboarding is complete, you can start listing products immediately from your seller dashboard. Browse the product catalog to find items you want to sell, set your price and quantity, and your listings will be live on the marketplace.
