How to update your profile, addresses, payment methods, and account settings.
Your Account Dashboard
Your account dashboard is your central hub for managing everything on Wax Trader. Access it by clicking on your profile icon in the navigation bar. From here you can access your order history, saved addresses, payment methods, messages, and account settings.
Updating Your Profile
You can update your display name, username, and profile information from your account settings. Your email address is used for login and notifications.
Managing Addresses
Add, edit, or remove shipping addresses from the "Addresses" section of your account. You can save multiple addresses and set a default for faster checkout. Only your city and state are visible to other users — your full address is never shared publicly.
Managing Payment Methods
Your payment methods are managed securely through Stripe. You can save cards for faster checkout and remove them at any time. Wax Trader never stores your full card number — only a reference token for processing.
Order History
View all your past and current orders from the "Orders" section. You can see order status, tracking information, order details, and request support for any order.
Messages
The messaging system lets you communicate directly with sellers (or buyers, if you are a seller). You can access your messages from the navigation bar or your account dashboard.
